ACCESS GUIDELINES

Road & Access Requirements
Roads must be accessible for collection trucks, with a solid base and safe turning space. If access is restricted, collection may occur at the nearest serviceable road or be postponed.

Set-Out Guidelines
Place compost bins, garbage, and blue bags at the curb without blocking traffic. In winter, items may be placed within 15 ft (5 m) of the curb for snow plows. Ensure all carts and bags are on a flat, visible surface; items buried in snow won’t be collected.

Night-Before Placement
If setting items out the night before, cover bags with a heavy blanket to prevent animal damage. Wooden garbage bins are allowed but must be within 15 ft (5 m) of the curb.
