Planet Protectors, created in partnership with Acadia University in 2013–2014, is a community waste management and environmental education program for children developed by Valley Waste Resource Management and Acadia’s Department of Community Development.

- Beached - Our popular beach waste presentation dives into ocean-bound plastics' local and global impacts. Students can see and smell with our tasty salty show and tell!

- Vermicomposting - Meet worms and learn about how hard they work to break down our food waste.
